From 6:08pm to 6:48pm UTC, what we estimate were 80% of the videos hosted in our platform were down due to a WAF (web application firewall) being enabled for one of our CDNs by mistake and preventing them from playing.
The issue has now been resolved and we're monitoring all of our traffic to prevent any further issues.
