For 4 minutes, we had a video player downtime affecting all of our users, from 14:55 to 14:59 GMT+1.
This was tied to one of our CDNs, and we are working on adding more logic around our CDN routing, so the player tries different sources when it hits a 500 response. This specific issue has been solved and we don't expect it to happen again.
